Square Footage calculations are in line with ANSI Standard Z765 (Square Footage – Method for Calculating)

· Accurately displays and identifies each room w/ measurements
· Realtor contact information / logo
· 2 to 3 day turn-a-round
· Colour ( standard ) or black and white
Pricing:
pricing below applies to these areas only - North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby
(please contact me for pricing and travel rates in your area)
· .09 cents / sq. ft. This includes all areas that were physically measured and shown on final floorplan. Realtors have choice of what they would like included or excluded on their drawings
· min. charge $125 (this would involve a total billing charge of 1389 total sq. ft. or less)
· NO CANCELLATION CHARGES AT ANYTIME……EVEN ON SITE !!!
