There are so many homes out there that you walk into and immediately see "the wall" that should come down between either the dining room and kitchen....or both the dining/living space and kitchen. These 3D images work great for those buyers that need that little extra excitement to visualize what potential the home may have if they choose to purchase. New owners can receive copies of the 3D rendered images.

As soon as the house becomes a listing, then simultaneously the property can be measured for a floor plan (if wanted) as well as some digitals taken. I always take digitals of the property anyways for each floor plan as reference, so no need to decide if 3D images are a fit for a particular piece of property right away when measuring for the floor plan.

Pricing:
Pricing depends on how many rooms / spaces are to be modified, and if I'm on the property already measuring the floorplan
A. If on site already measuring a floorplan for you:
- $175 for first space / room 3D rendering........ and $100 for every additional room
B. If not measuring a floorplan but just there for the sole purpose of creating 3D rendered images:
- $275 for the first space / room 3D rendering .......and $150 for every additional room
Create these images in time for your next Open House
(Use my large 17" screen laptop the few hours at your open house if needed)
